Q: How long does it take to receive my content?

  • 2 to 5 business days max for Real Estate

Q: Can I get same-day delivery for Real Estate?

  • Yes! Add-on available upon request (rush fee applies).

Q: Can I use this for Airbnb or rental listings?

  • Yes — especially the 360° Matterport Tour. It lets people tour your place from their phone, which boosts bookings.

Q: Who owns the footage?

  • Final photos/videos are yours. Raw footage stays with RA'ED Films unless a licensing fee is paid.

  • Our Spotlight Package includes:

    • Pre-event promo video

    • Same-day content for socials

Q: How much is it?

  • It depends on event details. Typical range is $399–$1999+. We finalize it on a call.

Q: Do you cover weddings?

No, we focus on festivals, concerts, nightlife, and brand events.

Full Real Estate Package — $1000 per property instead of $1296

Event Videography (Custom Quote)

Starts at $399 – $1999+ depending on:

  • Hours of coverage

  • Deliverables (Aftermovie, Shorts, Recap, etc.)

  • Pre-Event Promo or Same-Day Content For Socials

Booking a discovery call is required for accurate pricing.

🔁 Reservation & Refund Policy

Booking

  • Bookings are secured with a deposit ($200 typical for events)

  • Dates are flexible with 24h notice to reschedule

  • We can adjust to weather, venue changes, etc.

Refunds

  • Deposits are 100% refundable if canceled before we leave for the shoot

  • If canceled after leaving for the shoot, the deposit is non-refundable

  • If we cancel (rare!), full refund issued

Rescheduling

  • On-time reschedule allowed for free (24h notice)

Short-notice (less than 24h) reschedule may require new deposit
